The Alexander Technique is unbeatable in finding ways to let go of unhelpful habits.  Think of the benefits of pilates, mindfulness and CBT in action in daily life, with the joy of learning new ways of doing things more easily.

In an Alexander lesson you learn how to not do those habits that have been causing niggles and friction, just getting in your way of doing want you love to do.

NST Bowen is a treatment that helps you physically reset your body into good order – a “reboot”.

Your body is gently encouraged to ‘re-awaken’ to its intrinsic balanced state and automatically recalibrates itself and resets.  In this unique and natural process symptoms are simply ‘resumed’ or unraveled by the body.


Whichever way you want to get painfree and more comfortable with your body, I would be delighted to help you.
