Go with the flow?

Posted on February 7, 2013 by admin

Yesterday started with great promise to be very productive and satisfying, but in digging in to get the office work done, I didn’t pay attention to various warnings signs, before I started to feel off par.  Yes, getting some fresh air would have been a good idea, and not skipping lunch might have also feed my mind as well as my grumbling tummy.  Oh well, it is a fresh start today, and after a hearty breakfast, and a more balanced attitude to “getting on”  might bring good results without provoking my system to tell me I have been overdoing it.

I will celebrate my system for keeping me clear on the things that help, and where end-gaining and corner cutting does not – what will today bring?  Let’s see!
